Happy New Year !

This week's tips will focus on using keyboard shortcuts to format. The keyboard
computer keyboardshortcuts work in all Office versions. So if are still having trouble finding your way around the Ribbon, try using your favorite keyboard shortcut to complete that task.

You know you can emphasize text by selecting the text and hitting Control+B to make it bold or Control+U to underline. But if one line of underlining just isn't enough, Control+Shift+D will give you a double underline.

If that doesn't make your point, you may have to go to ALL CAPS, and I've got a shortcut for that too...
Highlight the text that you would like to change and hold down the ALT+O+E.  The "Change Case" dialog box will appear and you can make your selection. It's that easy...
Don't forget to submit your favorite tech tip to techministry@fbcswedesboro.org .
